Vol. 9 No. 2 (2024): Journal on Technical and Vocational Education (JTVE): Special Edition for NARTC 2024

This volume consists of research papers based on the National Action Research TVET Conference (NARTC) 2024. The conference was held on the 14th of August 2024 at Politeknik Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah. The collaboration between Politeknik Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah (POLIMAS) and the Research and Innovation Centre, Department of Polytechnic and Community College Education (DPCCE) has occasioned the organization of this significant event.

NARTC 2024 is an effort that provides a medium and opportunities for research and writing for TVET educators. This will assist them to improve their teaching techniques and knowledge and enhance their abilities to think critically about all aspects of knowledge.

The theme for NARTC 2024, is "Fostering Diversity, Driving Innovation, Embracing Difference for Sustainable Success". The theme is aptly reflected in the selected research papers presented. By presenting and publishing research and innovation in the field of TVET, this conference provides a platform for talented members of the academic community to share their knowledge, experiences, concepts, and best practices.  The sharing of research outcomes on a national scale is hoped to further contribute to the advancement of TVET in our country.
