P3 Travel Kit: An essential kit for traveler

Abstract

The development of multi-purpose food equipment is an idea and innovation that was sparked with the goal of allowing tourists to spend less time hunting for supplies for food preparation. Moreover, this device is a solution for visitors who want to utilize their own tools more easily. P3 Travel Kit is a product designed for travelers to make it easier for them to enjoy their food by using their own food utensils without hesitation because some of the countries that do not provide the food tools that we usually used. For this product, the researcher produced utensils travel kit using bamboo because they rarely hear a travel kit that provide a full set of eating utensils with set of dishes and this product based on green product. The purpose of this study is to explore P3 Travel Kit which an essential kit for traveler which are made from organic materials. This product is 100% produced from organic materials which is bamboo. A number of 132 questionnaires been distributed and 121 respondents among students from Politeknik Metro Betong Sarawak and local community in Betong area were fulfill the requirement in this research. Based on the findings, In the results, 54 respondents agreed with the features of the P3 Travel Kit which can used as tourism product. The acceptance of P3 Travel Kit by Betong local community that can be marketed indirectly globally and gaining recognition from tourists as well as generating an income for the local community.
